Aruliere - Ecomir

Aruliere, in partnership with Ecomir, presents an innovative new solution to the world’s waste and pollution problem. More than 10 years of research and development have resulted in a new patented technology that will revolutionise the construction and recycling industry.

The concept is simple, smart and economical. Recycle all types of waste with a plant that transforms shredded waste into multi-purpose building materials. This processing line can be installed in recycling centres, landfills, recycling plants and any place where the level of waste production is high. This solution can process municipal, construction and industrial waste and sewage sludge into composite materials that can be used to make building blocks, bricks, paving slabs, granules, bulk materials and other construction materials used in road building and landscaping.

It is worth noting that this is the first technology in the world to fully recycle sewage sludge and produce the above-mentioned building materials. Recycled sewage sludge is an excellent composite material for the production of new building materials with the addition of recycled municipal and construction waste, for example.

This unique and patented method is the only optimal answer to the huge waste problem facing our modern lifestyle.

What methods are used to recycle waste today?

Incineration (including pyrolysis to produce secondary sources such as black carbon)

Composting (possibly producing biogas)

Landfill (dumping) in pits, dumps, mines, etc.

Disposal to water bodies (aerobic biothermal composting)

The above-mentioned methods provide only partial solutions for the recycling of raw materials by collecting certain types of waste. However, the whole industry remains too polluting and environmentally unfriendly. Even today, in Europe, we still do not manage to recycle more than 50% of the waste produced per year. Some European countries are below 20% and are forced to use environmentally destructive recycling methods.

The Ecomir technology has been tested in several production processes, particularly with regard to environmental safety and the physical-mechanical characteristics of the materials produced. The results obtained show that this technology and the finished product are safe for humans and the environment.

In terms of environmental benefits, this facility, which can be easily duplicated worldwide, will be the solution to the problem of incinerated waste. The world’s most polluted areas will become a raw material base for the production of environmentally neutral building materials. This technology will allow developed countries to achieve closed-cycle recycling at lower cost. This will set an example for developing countries to revolutionise and optimise this sector.

There will also be a revolution in the construction sector. Instead of producing expensive building materials that do not benefit the environment, a new step will be taken that will mark the beginning of a healthier world with an unprecedented circular economy.

By introducing this technology in Europe and elsewhere in the world, we invite all those who wish to develop or invest in it to join us.As the areas of application are vast, we will be able to inform you about the possible points of synergy. It is time for all political forces, environmental activists, the great force of recyclers of all kinds and manufacturers to seize this opportunity and use it to repair all that has been inflicted on our planet, while ensuring a better future.
